It could be simply posting comments or creating new blog posts. Nevertheless this post will introduce with top amazing Firefox extensions that works hand to hand with WordPress. WordPress.com Sidebar 1.9: – This add-on would enable you to access your WordPress account from the sidebar of your Browser. However this add-on won’t work for Self hosted blogs but if your blog is hosted on WordPress then it could save you lot of time.

You can create multiple accounts and easily switch between them with help of Deepest Sender.
